Meet KSA’s newest Project Manager, Cullen Anderson. Cullen is a dedicated architect with a deep passion for problem-solving, viewing each project as a distinct puzzle to be unraveled. Originally from Woodstock, Illinois, Cullen’s architectural journey began at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee, fueled by a lifelong fascination with Legos, drawing, and the boundless possibilities of design.

With six years of experience in Chicago, Cullen has worked on diverse projects, including multi-family residential, higher education, commercial offices, healthcare, municipal, and recreational facilities.

Cullen emphasizes the importance of high-quality construction, utilizing building science to create structures that stand the test of time. As a designer, he prioritizes resilience against the elements, occupant health, and aesthetic integrity.

I’m from Woodstock, Illinois and went to school at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee

I love weight lifting, hiking, fishing, cooking, and a little bit of gaming

I’ve been getting into video production over the last few months and studying for my A.R.E’s (3 of 6 tests passed)

I would love to see Pandora in person, the planet from the James Cameron movie.

I am a big fan of the French Provincial Style and Art Nouveau – both the art and the architecture.

A controversial opinion but I despite Frank Ghery’s work.

Paris France where I studied abroad.
