Having been part of KSA since his teenage years, Bart has grown with the firm from intern to Principal and Partner, continuing a family legacy while helping guide its future. He has led a diverse portfolio of projects across civic, educational, and public-sector work, with particular expertise in correctional and justice facilities. Cullen Andersen is a Project Manager at Kline Swinney Associates with nearly eight years of experience in the architecture industry. Originally from Woodstock, Illinois, he earned his architectural degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where a lifelong interest in drawing, building, and design first sparked through Legos evolved into a career in architecture.
Since joining Kline Swinney Associates, Cullen has focused primarily on public-sector work including K–12 schools, 911 centers, fire stations, and other civic facilities. He supports senior project managers in the development of contract documents with an emphasis on accuracy, code compliance, and constructability. His attention to detail and collaborative approach make him a reliable contributor on complex projects that require precision and responsiveness.

Fady Grant’s interest in architecture was influenced early in his life in Egypt, a country with a deep architectural history and notable landmarks such as the ancient Coptic Churches.
