A second-generation architect with a background in construction, Bart was introduced to the profession at an early age through hands-on experience alongside his family. That early foundation fostered a lifelong passion for architecture, further shaped by studying abroad in Rome, Italy.
Bart brings extensive experience across a wide variety of project types, including K-12 and higher education facilities, early childhood environments, civic and public buildings, criminal justice facilities, historic renovations, and mixed-use developments. His broad perspective allows him to guide projects of varying scale and complexity while helping clients navigate planning, design, budget, and operational goals.

April Miller serves as Director of Operations at Kline Swinney Associates, where she plays a key role in the day-to-day management and overall coordination of the firm. In addition to her operational leadership, April manages accounting functions and supports firm-wide financial oversight, maintaining clarity and consistency across projects and business operations. Cullen Andersen is a Project Manager at Kline Swinney Associates with nearly eight years of experience in the architecture industry. Originally from Woodstock, Illinois, he earned his architectural degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where a lifelong interest in drawing, building, and design first sparked through Legos evolved into a career in architecture.
Since joining Kline Swinney Associates, Cullen has focused primarily on public-sector work including K–12 schools, 911 centers, fire stations, and other civic facilities. He supports senior project managers in the development of contract documents with an emphasis on accuracy, code compliance, and constructability. His attention to detail and collaborative approach make him a reliable contributor on complex projects that require precision and responsiveness.
