After many years of operating from our previous location on Middleton Street, we’ve taken a short journey just a couple of streets away to this beautifully renovated office space in the heart of downtown Nashville. The big move marks a new chapter for our firm, highlighting our growth and ongoing commitment to excellence in architecture and design.

Under the leadership of our Principals, Bart Kline and Tim Piansay, KSA continues to expand its expertise and reach. Our team now includes nearly 15 architectural professionals and 3 interior design professionals, support by our dedicated Director of Operations, April Miller. Additionally, we are thrilled to have recently welcomed a new Director of Marketing, Jessica Petersen, as of early December 2024. This addition bolsters our ability to connect with clients and partners as we look forward to an exciting new year in business.
