At Kline Swinney Associates, we know that strong teams are built both inside and outside the office. This spring, our crew stepped away from the day-to-day and spent the afternoon at Tee Line Nashville for a team retreat centered around connection, laughter, and trying something new.
We traded our desks for the ice as we learned the sport of curling. While some of us may have shown more natural talent than others, everyone brought enthusiasm, encouragement, and a great sense of humor. It was the perfect reminder that stepping out of our comfort zones together often creates the best memories.
More than anything, the day was about spending quality time with the people who make KSA what it is. Moments like these strengthen relationships, build trust, and reinforce the culture we’re proud of every day.
