Kline Swinney Associates provided all design services for this 18,700 sf, 1970’s building. This project consisted of renovating an existing student union building into a one-stop student services building. Spaces included new admissions, testing, counseling, offices, conference and training spaces along with dining and new lobbies.
Tech kiosks were sprinkled along the circulation path to allow students to link to their accounts, charge equipment, and check e-mail. All work occurred while the building remained fully operational over a 12-month period. This project had three additions and had significant ADA compliance issues which had to be resolved.
