Gymnasium Addition
This 33,315-square-foot addition introduced a state-of-the-art gymnasium and support spaces, overcoming challenges of a historic, space-constrained site. Designed in collaboration with MNPS, the addition integrates seamlessly with the existing structure while enhancing functionality. Targeting LEED Silver certification, the project underscores a commitment to sustainability.
Historic Renovation
Spanning 193,204 square feet, this renovation modernized one of MNPS’s oldest school buildings over a two-year period while remaining fully operational. The project relocated key spaces, including the library, art suite, and administrative offices, and upgraded nearly all classrooms for improved functionality. Designed for LEED Silver certification, it required careful coordination with MNPS’s LEED Consultant to incorporate sustainable solutions.
