Kline Swinney Associates has relocated to 48 Lindsley Avenue in Nashville, TN, transforming an existing CMU and hollowcore slab building into a modern and functional office space. The renovation preserved the building’s structural integrity while introducing contemporary design elements tailored to the firm’s needs.
The project scope included selective demolition of non-load-bearing interior partitions, portions of floors, and sections of exterior walls to create an open and efficient layout. New partition walls were installed, along with exterior insulation featuring a brick and metal veneer, enhancing both aesthetics and energy efficiency. Additionally, a 620-square-foot expansion was incorporated to improve circulation and accommodate growth.
Completed in late 2024, the renovated office serves as a reflection of Kline Swinney Associates’ commitment to innovative design and adaptive reuse, providing a dynamic and collaborative workspace for the firm’s team and clients.
