This project involved transforming a historic two-story printing press building from the 1950s into a vibrant bar and grill. A new porch was added on the second floor to enhance the dining experience. While preserving the existing exterior walls, the interiors were completely gutted and replaced with new construction, including updated floor and roof structures to accommodate the restaurant’s needs. The building is situated in the heart of downtown Smyrna’s Depot District, bringing new life to this historic area.
