This county owned building is located on a prominent corner of the historical town square. The client desired to return the storefront to its original beauty and detail. Unfortunately, much of the original facade had been destroyed when limestone was installed. Kline Swinney Associates was able to recreate the original design through careful onsite investigation and research of old photographs. All construction was accomplished while county offices located in this building continued to serve the public.
