MEET KSA’S NEW DIRECTOR OF MARKETING!

Jessica serves as the Director of Marketing at Kline Swinney Associates (KSA), bringing a diverse and well-rounded background in e-commerce marketing, public relations, journalism, graphic design, and real estate marketing. With a keen eye for creative strategy and a passion for impactful storytelling, she plays a vital role in enhancing KSA’s brand presence and fostering meaningful connections within the community.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Informational Sciences, complemented by a minor in Journalism and Public Relations. Her expertise in strategic communication and brand development allows her to craft compelling marketing initiatives that align with KSA’s vision and values.

Originally from the Midwest, Jessica’s global experiences—having lived in Guam, Germany, and multiple other locations—give her a unique perspective on design, culture, and storytelling. Now calling Nashville home for the longest period of her life, she continues to drive KSA’s marketing efforts with creativity, innovation, and a forward-thinking approach.

WHERE ARE YOU FROM?
I’m originally from the Chicagoland area, but have lived literally all around the world. Happy to call Nashville my “forever home”.
WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO FOR FUN?
I love watching sports! I’m a huge sports fan – especially the UT VOLS. Other than that… I love traveling, landscaping, and spending time with my family.
PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS?
I always enjoy improving and expanding my graphic design skills. I enjoy crafting new designs and creatively infusing it in new ways. I also love event planning! Ask my kids – there was never a birthday that went by without a uniquely themed and decorated house to celebrate their special days!
FAVORITE SPORTS TEAM?
College Level – UT VOLS
Professional Level – I love the Titans. Grew up a Bears and Packers fan – yeah, it’s possible to actually love both at the same time.
WHAT FICTIONAL PLACE WOULD YOU LIKE TO VISIT?
Mary Poppins’ “Jolly Holiday World”… you know when they jump into the chalk painting?? I mean, who wouldn’t want to dance with penguins and ride a carousel horse around for fun?!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE DESIGN STYLE?
I would say Art Deco Architecture.
FAVORITE PLACE YOU’VE VISITED?
That’s tough. Salzburg, Austria was pretty amazing.
