This 1911 masonry building was previously home to four floors of offices. KSA converted it to three levels of high-end condominiums that include a mezzanine level on the 4th floor with a rooftop terrace. The first floor includes private parking garages with a retail space fronting 2nd Avenue N. Kline Swinney Associates worked with the Historical Commission to ensure the design is in keeping with The District.
