To ensure a thorough and strategic approach, the KSA Design Team assigned five members to gather critical data, creating a detailed program and budget tailored to the project’s needs.
Through an extensive engagement process, the team conducted 42 group and individual meetings to assess stakeholder requirements across the 810-acre site.
The final master plan seamlessly integrates diverse operational and training needs into a cohesive campus, optimizing functionality, efficiency, and long-term growth.
