This project consists of the construction of a 4,091 sf, one story brick and simulated stucco building; a dispatch center for Rutherford County’s Emergency Operations division. The project has a large garage with four bays and maintenance area with storage space.
Also included are dorm spaces with sleeping rooms, large gathering space, kitchen, and office support spaces.
