This new project, recently approved by the City of Clarksville, brings together thoughtful preservation and forward-thinking design to create a vibrant mixed-use development centered around the historic Dunlop Mansion. The Joseph is a dynamic addition to Madison Street, blending residential, commercial, and community spaces in a way that both respects the past and embraces the future.
The development features two four-story buildings connected by a bridge, offering over 90 workforce residential apartment units and more than 4,200 square feet of retail space.
